Payment types

Since the start of January 2022, a QR code has been printed on ÖKK’s paying-in slips. This contains all the required payment information, which will save you having to manually enter details.

• Payment via e-banking or mobile banking
  Open your e-banking or mobile banking app, scan the QR code on the invoice with a QR scanner and check the data on the screen. It takes just one click to approve the payment, making settling invoices even faster and more straightforward.
• Payment in banks and post offices
  If you do not use e-banking or mobile banking, you can continue to pay your QR invoices in person at a bank or post office.

When paying premiums using the direct debit systems of banks (LSV+) or Swiss Post (Debit Direct), you grant the financial institute authorisation to conveniently debit your account with premiums – and if you require, also your bills – directly when they fall due.

It's that easy:

1. Complete the application form online. The fields to be completed are coloured in blue. If not, please click on "Highlight Fields" at the top right corner.
2. Print out the completed form
3. Sign the form; a digital signature will not be accepted.
4. Send the form in an envelope to ÖKK.

Your bills are electronically sent to your e-banking instead of via letter to your postbox. You no longer have to take the time to manually type in the reference numbers and invoice amounts. You are always completely in control with eBill. The invoices are sent on a secure basis and if there are any disputes, you can reject the invoice with a click of the mouse.

This is how you register for eBill:

1. Log in to your e-banking account.
2. Select the “eBill” menu item.
3. Activate the billing function, select ÖKK in the list of billers and follow the instructions on screen.
4. From then on, you will receive your premium invoices and benefits statements electronically.

Please note: when registering, you will require your date of birth, insurance number and an e-mail address.
