- Only natural persons who are insured with ÖKK (private clients) are entitled to a referral bonus (corporate clients / legal entities are excluded from the promotion).
- The referral bonus of CHF 50 is paid out if the person referred takes out basic insurance.
- The referral bonus of CHF 150 is paid out if the referred person takes out ÖKK START supplementary insurance and an additional supplementary insurance policy* with a minimum contract duration of three years.
- The referral bonus of CHF 200 is paid out if the referred person takes out basic insurance and ÖKK START supplementary insurance and an additional supplementary insurance policy* with a minimum contract duration of three years.
- The referral bonus is also paid out if the person referred already has their basic insurance with ÖKK and takes out new ÖKK START supplementary insurance and an additional supplementary insurance policy with a minimum contract duration of three years (CHF 150) or if the person referred already has supplementary insurance with ÖKK and takes out new basic insurance (CHF 50).
- The referral bonus is not paid out until the person referred has received the definitive insurance confirmation.
- The referral bonus is transferred to a post office or bank account in Switzerland.
- The referral bonus is also paid out if the person refers a family member living in the same household (e.g. partner, child, parent).
- The person making the referral must be an ÖKK customer at the time the recommendation is made.
* ÖKK HOSPITAL, ÖKK NATURE, ÖKK PREVENTION, ÖKK SMILE, ÖKK PARENTS
A referral bonus is not paid in the following cases:
- The person making the referral is not yet 18 years old.
- The person making the referral refers a baby/children who does not have a previous insurer.
- The person referred is registered in Switzerland as an asylum seeker (N, F or S residence permit).
- The person referred has a short-term residence permit.
- The person referred already has existing supplementary insurance policies with ÖKK and is taking out further policies.
- The person referred was rejected for supplementary insurance policies.
- The person making the referral has outstanding amounts or collection proceedings have been initiated against them.
- Mutual recommendations (e.g. the person making the recommendation is recommended at the same time by their recommended new customer).
