ÖKK takes third place for customer satisfaction
The independent online comparison service moneyland.ch asked policyholders how satisfied they were with their health insurer. ÖKK took third place in the comparison.
The survey considered aspects such as the friendliness and willingness to help of employees, availability, speed of clarifications, time taken to repay amounts, value for money as well as the clarity of information and customer satisfaction in general. ÖKK received a rating of 8.1 points – an excellent result – and will continue to offer its customers the usual friendly and straightforward service they have come to expect.
