Consistently good
The HELP awards were presented once again in 2021. Together with HELP.CH your e-guide ®, each year the krankenversicherung.ch comparison platform awards prizes to the insurance companies rated most highly by their customers.
This year, ÖKK again received a good rating of 5.3. The survey asked whether employees were friendly and competent, whether requests for quotes and bills were processed quickly and whether insurance documents and policies were clear and understandable.
We are happy that we were able to maintain the level of our services. But that is no reason to rest on our laurels. In future we will continue to be there for our customers, providing a friendly, expert and straightforward service.
