Pleasingly high levels of customer satisfaction

ÖKK has confirmed its image as the number one health insurer for families in the survey of existing clients carried out by amPuls Market Research AG. In addition, ÖKK did especially well as regards customer satisfaction.



ÖKK is the number one health insurer for families. This is not just something we say; surveys have repeatedly backed up this claim for many years now. The most recent success in this regard came from amPuls Market Research. ÖKK came out top in a number of categories in this survey of Swiss health insurers.

Pleasingly high level of customer satisfaction

Existing ÖKK customers are more satisfied than average. In 12 of the 19 customer satisfaction criteria, ÖKK managed to take top spot. These include friendliness, expertise and employee commitment. ÖKK was by far the best health insurer in the categories of availability and speed of repayments. Of particular note are our customers’ high level of satisfaction with ÖKK staff and the top spot gained for overall satisfaction.
