In this year’s customer satisfaction survey carried out by Comparis, ÖKK was again rated extremely highly and was recognised as the best Swiss health insurer. Here we were awarded the Comparis grade of 5.2, which meant we received the newly introduced Comparis gold seal.

In the Comparis survey, 4500 consumers chose the best insurer in 2024 and awarded points in four categories. We received top marks in three categories:
- Quality and service
- Communication and transparency
- Touchpoints and contacts
